I wrote the song ‘Almighty’ to boldly express my faith and gratitude to God for all He has done in my life.
Over the years, I have performed many inspirational songs like the well-known anthems Amazing Grace and How Great Thou Art that were part of the TV special “My Shining Hour Story” on Pureflix.
But this time, I wanted to write and perform a worship song that everyone could sing along to and that expressed what I wanted to say.
We are living in a very special time in history, especially as Christians right now.
I believe we are called to be bold in our faith. Bolder than ever. As we move together as the body of Christ from the theory part of the Gospel to the experiential part of the Gospel.
In other words, to experience all the wonderful promises of God.
The promises He’s made to those who are in Christ.
In the music video, I wanted to show the supernatural healing part of God, the restoration part of God.
The premise of the music video is the story of a woman who has been diagnosed with cancer, and not understanding why she’s going through that as a woman of faith.
Through her story, she is learning to take the time to pray for others regarding their battles and issues, forgetting her immediate circumstances.
But when her reality hits her, she finds herself in a valley, pleading with God for a miracle.
I’m not gonna give you the ending, but her journey is beautiful to watch.
